Service & Refund Statement

If you wish to place an order through the Services, you may be required to provide certain information in connection with your order, and by submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide information to third parties to facilitate the fulfillment of your order.

StarMet does not store your payment/credit card information and all payments are made through in-app purchases.

At all times, you agree that you will provide true, complete, and accurate credit card and payment information, and that you have the right to do so. Once payment has been made for the service, you agree not to seek cancellation, refund, or any other form of reimbursement in any fraudulent, misleading, or untrue manner. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order that are valid at the time of the expense. If your order is canceled or not fulfilled for any reason, we will record your account accordingly.

You are solely responsible for all fees or other charges incurred for any data, video, audio, or messaging service provided by your internet service provider or wireless communication provider.
